Please call our office as soon as possible if you break or loosen anything. But please do not come directly to the office without an appointment – our schedule has been crafted to fit in emergencies at all times of the day and we will make sure to get you in ASAP.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND THE OFFICE IS CLOSED
Call Dr. DiGiovanni directly by calling our office and listen for his cell phone number on the answering machine.
Call our office at (949) 640-0202 and listen to our message for emergency instructions. Dr. DiGiovanni’s direct phone line will be given on the answering machine message. If for any reason the doctor does not answer the phone at the time of your call (1) leave a message with your full name, (2) State the problem that is occurring and (3) your complete phone number.
Although we check our messages frequently, if you do not hear back from the doctor within 10-15 minutes, please call back – we may not have heard the phone – we want to talk to you to fix your problem! Please don’t think you are bothering us, it is our job to take care of you.
