There's always a lot of contests and great prizes in our office that make it more fun to have braces.

Below are the 9 semi-finalist designs for our 2011 Design Our Next T-Shirt Contest.
Vote for your 3 favorite designs. The shirt that gets the most votes will be our next office T-shirt and the designer will get 500 VIP points.

VIP (Very Important Patient) CARD CONTEST:

  • Get points for being a Very Important Patient
  • Earn points for good brushing, good grades, wearing your DG/Cook T-shirt, etc.
  • Redeem points for amazing prizes like iPod touches, Disneyland Annual Pass, Nordstrom, Abercrombie, Claire’s, iTunes Gift Cards, etc

SUMMER "WHERE" YOUR SHIRT CONTEST
